Meeting in Punjab Interior Department regarding the visit of England cricket team
A meeting was held in Punjab Home Department regarding England cricket team's visit to Pakistan, in which DIG Operations Lahore Sohail Chaudhry gave a briefing on security arrangements.
During the briefing, he said that the security enforcement agencies will remain alert in every way, besides the rescue teams, the hospital administration will also remain alert.
DIG Operations said that 3 to 4 control rooms will be set up during the cricket match.
He said that the delegation from England expressed satisfaction over the security arrangements.
He said that the delegation said that the security arrangements made for the previous cricket match were very good.
DIIG Operations said during the briefing that the security arrangements will be strictly monitored by helicopter, the identity card of every ticket taker will be scanned.
